Newly cast rubber rollers should not be put into use immediately, but should be left to stand for a period of time to stabilize their performance. Idle rubber rollers must be cleaned thoroughly, wrapped and sealed with plastic film, and then placed on a rubber roller rack. The shaft heads and bearings of rubber rollers should be kept well-lubricated to ensure their normal operation.
