The bed knife is the core static pelletizing component of the modified plastic pelletizer. It works in coordination with the cutting rotor to directly determine the uniformity of particle size, the flatness of the cut edge and the stability of equipment operation.
To ensure the aesthetic appearance of the granules, the cutting surfaces of the bed knife should be replaced regularly. The maintenance cycle is shorter than that of the cutting rotor. Meanwhile, the bed knife is designed with four surfaces that can be used alternately.
