Water System

This water system is an essential supporting unit for plastic pelletizing lines, specifically designed for Maisen underwater pelletizers. It integrates pellet cooling, conveying, filtration, and water recirculation into a closed-loop process water circuit.
  With precise temperature control and high-efficiency filtration, the system rapidly cools and stably conveys molten plastic pellets after cutting, while removing impurities from the water to ensure uniform pellet formation and continuous production. Its modular design is compatible with various plastic materials (such as PE, PP, AS, PBT, etc.) and seamlessly connects with the pelletizer main unit. Featuring low maintenance and high stability, it effectively improves pelletizing efficiency and finished product quality.
