The heat medium runner of the template is specially designed and precisely processed to ensure sufficient heat medium fiow rate and pressure. Ultimately, this guarantees the thermal compensation effect of the template, thereby ensuring the number of holes in the template.
A special alloy brazing process is employed to ensure that the alloy ring does not detach or crack.
The alloy material has been screened multiple times. It is durable, wear - resistant, and provides excellent pelletizing results.
