Working Principle:
Molten polymer is conveyed by the extruder to the die head, extruded into melt strands through the die plate, and directly enters the constant-temperature circulating water bath. High-speed rotating knives cut the melt strands into pellets synchronously. The pellets are then transported with water to the dewatering and drying system, completing the full process of cooling, conveying, dewatering, and drying to obtain finished plastic pellets.

Product Advantages:
Hydraulic pelletizer: It features an independent and specially designed hydraulic system, enabling autonomous setting and automatic precise adjustment of the cutter pressure.
Hydraulic clamping device: After the pelletizer is connected to the water chamber, the sensor will automatically monitor and notify the hydraulic device to retract automatically. Then, the pelletizing system will be started in accordance with the sequence set for the time delay.
Online knife - resharp function: After the middle part of the cutting knife is worn, the knife surface becomes uneven. A melt film will form between the cutting knite and the grinding plate. Motor over - current alarm: Set the motor current protection value, and conduct real- time detection and give an over - current alarm.
Motor over - temperature alarm: Three temperature sensors are installed on the stator to monitor in real - time and give an over - temperature alarm.
Special linear guide rails: The pelletizer slides on the linear guide rails to ensure positional accuracy.
