Steel Coil Slitting Knives

Steel slitter knives, also called circular slitting blades, are core cutting tools for metal coil longitudinal slitting lines, widely used for carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, silicon steel strip processing.

Material Options

1. Alloy tool steel Cr12MoV / SKD11: HRC 58-62, cost-effective for 0.5-3mm cold rolled steel;

2. HSS M2 high speed steel: good red hardness, suitable for high-speed stainless steel slitting;

3. Tungsten carbide blades: ultra-wear resistant for mass precise silicon steel production.
